2280A Main Frame

The main frame can hold up to eight 2271 Power Amplifier Modules and associated input modules. Plug-in modules are easily accessible for quick service.

2283 System Test Module

The Model 2283 System Test Module facilitates measurement of output power voltages of the Model 2280A Incremental Power System. The 2283 is simply plugged into the main frame in the place of any Model 2271 Output Power Module. Voltages are then available at test points on the front of the test module. Use of the 2283 Test Module enables quick determination of a defective output power module.

2273 Blank Card Module

The main frame of the Incremental Power System has eight dedicated positions for Model 2271 Power Amplifier Modules. If fewer than eight 2271 Modules are installed, remaining empty spaces are filled with the Model 2273 Blank Card Module.

2271 Power Amplifier Module

Each 2271 Power Amplifier Module is rated at 78 watts maximum output. The 2271 Modules may be operated independently to drive separate 64-ohm loads at 70.7 volts rms, or in parallel to drive higher power loads.

15335A Input Transformer Module

The optional Model 15335A Input Transformer Module provides a balanced input for the associated 2271 Power Amplifier Module. All channels of the incremental Power System may be equipped with the 15335A Modules, providing eight channels with balanced input.
